aaawwwwww Baby notebooks
Thought it would be a nice switch-up to change gears.
A new month is upon us this week. My oldest son will be 13 ! my 1st teenager, (eeeek)?!??... So it is time for a mother to reflect on her 1st born. What I remember the most besides how adorable and tiny at 6 lbs. he was is how he was my little buddy, especially when he began to walk & talk.
So I though I would present some journals this week starting of course with the 'baby' theme.
I have designed and created many journals, large and small for any and all occasions. A baby journal is the perfect gift for a new Mom to record all those special little moments. Remember how they want you to keep track of all the 'wet diapers' and a feeding schedule.?.... at least that is what I did alot of.
Small journals; measure 3 x 5, sell for $6.00
Large journals; measure 6 x 9, sell for $12.00

finishing the teacher scrapbook
Well, it has been more that a week, shame on me.!
So in an effort to get caught up, I would like to add the remaining pages from the teacher scrapbook produced for my daughter's !st grade teacher.
Many teachers, especially for the younger grades like to put together a book of memories. My idea was proposed in an effort to save time for the teacher. I designed and produced the pages as I would for an 8 1/2 x 11 scrapbook, then I had a nice quality multiple color copies made on a bit heavier paper. She paid me for the copies and asked each parent to provide a binder for their child. It worked out very nicely, each finished product was individual to the child.

a simple 'add-on'
Teacher's scrapbook
Today, I will begin a series of scrapbook pages created for a my daughter's 1st grade teacher. I created a single design for each title as specified. Then, color copies of each were made, she adhered photos and whaa-la....... ta-daaa....... a 1st grade keepsake was created.!
Appropriate to the season, I will begin my series with a winter page.

Functions as a card too!
Here is a part of one of the previous "Winter Wonderland" 8x8 pre-made scrapbook pages shared in an earlier blog this week.
Sometimes before I fill a page with photos, especially smaller pages, I look for a way to crop the design to possibly be used for another application. I am really into coordinating pieces. :)
Please enjoy this interesting frame of reference from a conceived scrapbook page.
